These medium range duty ranges offer cooking flexiblity with a variety of top configurations including open burners, step-up rear burners, hot tops, griddle tops, flush-mounted and raised griddle-broileres. The 26,000 BTU/hr. open burners with lift-off burner heads feature and individual pilot and one-piece 12" x 12" cast iron burner grate/aeration bowl. The grates allow easy sliding of pots and the aeration bowl catches minor spillovers, plus a full width pull-out crumb tray under the burners allows easy cleaning.
Pacific ranges are available in 24", 36", 48", 60" and 72" widths with 35,000 BTU/hr. 24" Space Saver or standard oven, or optional 30,000 BTU/hr Snorkler convection oven on 36" and larger ranges. Oven interiors feature easy-to clean porcelain-on-steel door liner, rack supports and deck. The outer door, riser, plate shelf and front top ledge are stainless steel with black epoxy powder coat painted sides. Optional stainless steel sides are also available
