These new full size gas and electric models offer the high performance features you're looking for -resulting in efficient operation and delicious results. Their attractive design gives your work area new appeal. Available in standard and extra deep models with porcelain-on-steel or optional stainless steel interiors. Your choice of single or space-saving high-production double-stacked configurations with two-speed fan motors and rugged 50/50 independently operated doors or optional simultaneously opening doors.

Choose from a range of control options for both gas and electric moldes. Electro-mechanical and solid state control models adjust from 200° to 500° F, and feature a 60-minute timer and audible alarm. Deluxe computer controlled models feature electronic digital time and temperature controls, plus a Roast & hold cycle and Gentle Bake pulse air cycle.

Gas models are enery-efficient
at 40,000 BTU/hr. per burner, and feature an innovative high-efficiency combustion system that lets you save up to 50 percent on energy costs. An electronic spark igniter is also included on the gas models. Electric models have 11 KW input per section.

These new half-size gas and electric models produce the same high quality results as the full-size moldels -in less space. They're designed for use when demands are smaller, yet they each share the same features found in our larger ovens, including a porcelain-on-steel or optional stainless steel interior, rugged door, two-speed fan motor, and solid state or optional computer controls. Solid state models feature a 60-minute timer and audible alarm. Deluxe computer controlled models feature electronic digital time and temperature controls, plus a Roast & Hold cycle and Gentle Bake pulse air cycle.

Gas models have a 25,000 BTU/hr. power burner per section; electric models have 5.5 KW input per section.

When you have a variety of cooking needs, Wolf's gas and electric bake ovens, roast ovens, or bake ovens create the perfect combination. Choose one of each type in double deck and triple deck models, or multiple combinations for tender and juicy roasted meats and baked goods that are deliciously crisp outside, ligh and fluffy inside.

Standard features include thermostatic controls that allow food to be cooked at optimal temperature with maximum control, recessed controls located in a cool zone to help prevent burns and breakage, high density insulation to reduce heat loss and help reduce energy costs. Electric models have a 60-minute timer and audible alarm. Construction includes stainless steel front and legs, one piece 14 gauge steel plate hearth, and painted or optional stainless steel sides, top and flue detector.
