These ranges feature rugged all-steel welded construction, heavy duty cast iron top grates, stainless steel bullnose, front manifold cover and 6" adjustable legs. Front, sides, back riser and high-shelf are finished in black epoxy powder coat paint (stainless steel front, sides and riser are optional) Look for sizes to fit your needs, including 23" or 34" range (with or without oven), and 45", 56" and 68" single or double oven ranges. Other features include 26,000 BTU/hr. open burners with lift-off burner heads, and a choice of cooking top arragements, including hot tops and half hot tops, and griddle tops. Optional combination raised griddle-broilers are also available.
Saving space? The Challenger Space Server 20,000 BTU/hr. standard roast and bake oven can be added to your 23" or 36" Challenger range to fit the bill. Need a giant oven cooking needs? The Challenger Chef size 30,000 BTU/hr. oven (29" wide x 22" deep x 13" high) is made for high volume cooking with your Challenger range. Or choose the optional 30,000 BTU/hr. Snorkler 29" convention oven. All ovens and top burners feature pilot ignition system for automatic burner lightning.
